Here is the policy and the mechanics behind each tool: what a limit does once it is set, how long it holds, and what it takes to change it back.
Both are set from the account page and apply per day, per week or per month. Tightening a limit takes effect on the next payment. Loosening one is held for 24 hours before it applies, so a limit cannot be raised in the middle of a session. The deposit limit counts money paid in; the loss limit counts net loss and stops play when it is reached.
A session reminder can be set at 30, 60 or 120 minutes. When it fires, play pauses and the panel shows time elapsed, total staked and net position for that session before anything continues. The reminder keeps running after a page reload and is not dismissed by closing the tab.
A cooling-off period runs 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days and locks sign-in for that stretch. Self-exclusion runs 6 months or permanently, closes the account, cancels every open bonus and returns the withdrawable balance to the registered bank account. Neither can be reversed early, and no promotion is sent to an excluded address.
An account is for one person aged 18 or over. The declaration made at sign-up is tested against an IC at the first identity review, and an account that fails it is closed with stakes returned and winnings voided. Device-level blocking software such as Gamban or Net Nanny is the right tool for a shared household computer, and the Malaysian Mental Health Association takes calls from anyone who wants to talk it through.
