Four channels, and each one is built for a different kind of question. Picking the right one is usually the difference between an answer in two minutes and an answer tomorrow.
| Channel | What it handles | Response window |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Stuck deposits, payout status, bonus turnover, locked accounts | Under 2 minutes, 24 hours |
| Document submission, formal complaints, anything needing a written record | Within 12 hours | |
| Telegram | Maintenance notices, alternative address announcements, draw results | Broadcast, not a ticket queue |
| Quick account questions when live chat is not convenient | Under 15 minutes, 24 hours |
Three items settle most payment questions on the first reply: the account ID shown at the top of the account page, the transaction reference from your bank or e-wallet, and the timestamp of the payment including the date. Without the reference, a stuck deposit becomes a search rather than a lookup.
A ticket that live chat cannot close is passed to the payments desk the same day, and anything still open after 24 hours goes to a supervisor with the original transcript attached. Formal complaints should go by email, because that is the only channel that produces a written record you can keep. If an answer still does not come, the licence number in the footer is the route to the regulator that issued it.
